Design Notes:
Our original Origami lamp is linear,designed to illuminate rectangular spaces such as large living and dining areas or long halls.
This variation arose as a result of our work for a client's kitchen island table. As we re-dimensioned the lamp a new concept emerged:a cube of light composed of cubes of light.
It worked well for the gourmet home of our client whose kitchen is the focal point of both family life and adult entertainment.
Equipped with an hi-wattage dimmer, the abundance of light offered by the Origami Cubes is perfect for food preparation and sharing bright breakfasts.
While the dimmed soft spread of even light emerging
thru its hand sanded glass provides a warm ambiance for good wines and conversation.
